After Hour Emergencies

For after hours maintenance emergencies (such as fire, flood or lack of power), please call (310) 463-6175.

Ocean Palms & Palisades only offers lock out service during office hours.  After hours you must call a locksmith.

Alliance is excited to announce the launch of our personalized resident hub www.connectathome.com! This enhancement offers real-time access to your account where you can pay rent, submit service requests and stay current with community events and information. To register, obtain a registration code from the Leasing Office.

Recycling

Black recycling bins are located in the upper garage for your convenience. Please break down your boxes before placing them into the bins. If you have items that are too large for the bins or trash chute, then please place the large items in our trash room located in the Upper Garage.

E-Dry Cleaning Service

CleanCierge.com is your 24/7 personal dry cleaner. Save time, save money, and save the environment, by using their free pick up & drop off service. The way it works:

• Click here to visit Clean Cierge and set up an account.
• Store and lock your laundry in the any of the four CleanCierge.com laundry lockers located in the lobby.  Make sure to take the key with you!
• Order a pick up by logging in to your CleanCierge.com account, where you can make or set up payment arrangements.
• You will receive an email from CleanCierge.com notifying you when your items were delivered back to the locker (normally within 3 days).
