New Salt Lake City exhibits feature cubist paintings of Christ’s life, photos of Mormons across the globe

The first features the work of Argentine artist Jorge Cocco Santángelo, depicting “Sacred Events from the Life of Christ.” He uses a style called “sacrocubism” to showcase episodes in Christ’s ministry as described in the New Testament.

The second exhibit. “Light & Life: Stories and Photographs of a Global Faith,” is made up of a set of large-scale photographs by Cody Bell and Leslie Nilsson that document, a news release says, the “everyday lives” of 34 Mormons across six continents.
